EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE IDEAS
These business chapters show how I have turned customer needs, field capabilities, and relationships into practical programs.
The stories behind the work →I turned a biological grease-treatment tablet into a monthly service for cities facing clogged sewers and grease-filled pump stations. The program created recurring revenue by treating problem areas on a regular schedule. Duke’s later acquired EPS.
I helped turn Midwest Water Group around with the team, developing RMS into a $5.5 million service business in 36 months. From 2017 to 2020, the team grew from one employee to 25 before acquisition.
Read the business story →Building relationships meant hundreds of miles on the road. I created a media program where industry leaders, businesses, and customers could share expertise, promote their work, and connect through interviews and conversations.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK
ADHD shapes how I notice patterns and connect ideas. Through self-awareness, listening, and coaching, I’ve learned to better manage my focus, organize my ideas, and follow through—both in my own life and in serving others.
I care about helping people see what they can do with the experience they already have—and connecting them with someone who can help.
